Every new site is a deadline. Hardware arriving late, integrations not firing, Self-service Kiosks booting to the wrong screen. Any of it can push a launch and dent the site-level P&L. Our managed installation service takes that risk off your team.

We survey each site before specifying hardware, then pre-configure and stage every device remotely so it arrives ready to deploy. We coordinate a specialist installation network to put engineers on-site for go-live. Your team owns the launch. We own everything that has to happen for it to work.

What’s included:

  • Pre-rollout site surveys: Assessing each site before hardware is specified, so what arrives fits the operational reality on the ground
  • Hardware sourcing: POS terminals, Self-service Kiosks, Kitchen Management System (KMS) screens and peripherals, matched to your operating model
  • Remote staging and pre-configuration: every device set up and tested off-site before it leaves the warehouse, so it arrives ready to plug in and take orders
  • On-site installation by field engineers: coordinated through our specialist installation network, with full responsibility for physical install, network setup and peripheral connection
  • Single point of accountability: your implementation and solutions consultants own the rollout from site survey to first transaction
