Launched in 2012 as a simple food truck, Bleecker Burger has grown into one of London’s most loved burger joints. Known for its unwavering focus on quality, the brand serves up 40-day aged grass-fed British beef, hand-cut fries and house-made shakes across its fast-growing estate.

The challenge: scaling without compromising quality

As Bleecker expanded, pressure on its small kitchens increased. Staff had to manage multiple roles, from taking orders to preparing and packing food, which made it harder to deliver the top-tier experience the brand is known for. Bleecker needed a solution that would simplify operations and grow revenue, without compromising on quality or brand values.

Solution: embracing digital ordering with Vita Mojo

To meet this challenge, Bleecker partnered with Vita Mojo, rolling out kiosks and click & collect across its estate. These new channels transformed both how guests ordered and how staff worked behind the scenes.

  • Intelligent menu design: To encourage discovery and increase sales, high-margin items like shakes were given pride of place on digital channels.
  • Smart upselling: Popular extras like fries, sauces and drinks were introduced as upsells and basket recommendations to boost ATV.
