For UK QSR brands adding channels faster than their stack can carry them

Book a 30-minute intro call

You are the size we build for. Tell us how many sites you run, what you have signed for next year, and what your current system stops you doing. We will tell you where Vita Mojo fits, where it does not, and what it costs.

Three questions brands your size
ask us first

Answered here, so the call can be about your estate instead.

“Are we too small for you?”

No. Plenty of the brands we work with joined smaller than you are now, and grew into names you would recognise. The specialism is the point: we build for quick service restaurants and nothing else, and the platform is shaped around operators opening sites and adding channels as the estate grows.

“Are you more expensive?”

Compare the stack, not the licence. A growing brand usually pays five separate bills: a till, kiosks, digital ordering, loyalty and middleware. Ours is one contract and one invoice, with modules priced separately. The middleware goes, and so do the hours spent keeping five systems in agreement.

“What happens once we are live?”

You get an implementation team with a named manager to take you through onboarding, and a Customer Success Manager once you are live. We do the build and the configuration, so your team spends the run-up getting sites ready rather than debugging software. The support desk covers 364 days a year.

An Order Management System, not another till

Most of the systems you are comparing start at the till. Channels get added on top, so each one gets its own menu build and someone reconciles the results at the end of the week. Vita Mojo starts at the order.

Menu, pricing and promotions live in one record. The kiosk, the app, the website, the till and the delivery aggregators all read from it. Change a price once and it is live everywhere, including on Deliveroo and Uber Eats.

One menu

Change it once and it lands on every site and channel. Pricing zones let delivery prices differ without a second menu.

One order record

Kiosk, till, Click & Collect and delivery orders arrive in one Kitchen Management System queue. No flipping between tablets.

One view of performance

Every site and channel writes to the same record. No exports to stitch together before you know how the week went.

Brands that started where you are

Same size, same fragmented tech stack, and here is where they are today.

Burger Drop, seven sites

Franchised on a British Franchise Association accredited model. Central Menu Management runs a monthly limited edition programme across the estate, so every franchisee launches the same promotion on the same day without head office chasing anyone. Net sales up 41.8% and orders up 49.7% year on year.

HOP Vietnamese

“When I was looking for a tech solution, it was paramount that we used the same provider for our POS, Digital Ordering and Kitchen Management System. Delivery orders needed to feed into our POS so we didn’t have a separate system.” Paul Hopper, Founder.

A 35% reduction in labour costs and a 20% increase in average transaction value.

Tossed

Kiosks, Click & Collect, the app and delivery all routing into one Kitchen Management System queue. Average transaction value up 21% on kiosks and 31% on Click & Collect, and 66% of orders now carry a customisation.

What to expect from the call

Bring whoever else will be in the decision. Operations, finance and marketing each get something different out of this, and it is a shorter process if they hear it once rather than second hand.

  1. 1

You tell us what you run today, what you have signed for next year, and what your current system stops you doing.

  2. 2

We show you the parts of the platform that matter to your estate and your role. Kiosk first, because that is what brands your size ask about most.

  3. 3

We tell you where Vita Mojo fits and where it does not. If what you need is software we have not built, we will say so on this call rather than three meetings in.

  4. 4

We cover price and contract length, so you leave the call knowing both rather than waiting for a proposal.

Questions we get before the first call

We only have a few sites. Is there any point talking?expand_more

Often the opposite. If you are small but funded to grow, this is the best time to talk, because it is far easier to get the foundation right before you scale than to change it underneath a live estate. Site count on its own does not decide whether we are a fit, so tell us where you are and what is funded.

Do we have to move everything at once?expand_more

No, but the POS is where it starts. A first deployment at your size is the POS plus at least one digital channel, because that is what gets every order onto one record from the beginning. Kiosks, Click & Collect, loyalty and your own app can all be added later, when you are ready for them. Rollout is phased either way, and one site is proven before you commit the rest.

Does it work with Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat?expand_more

Yes. Aggregator menus are built from the same record as your in-store menu, with pricing zones so delivery prices can differ without a second menu to maintain. Those orders arrive in the same Kitchen Management System queue as kiosk and till orders.

We already pay for middleware to do that.expand_more

Most brands your size do, and so did we until we built our own POS. That layer solved a real problem. Absorbing it into the platform takes out a monthly bill and one more thing that can break at eight o’clock on a Friday, so count it in when you compare us with what you pay now.

How long does a rollout take?expand_more

It depends on your estate and how many channels you are launching, so you will get a timeline on the call rather than a number here. What does not vary is who does the work. An implementation team with a named manager builds and configures it with you, a Customer Success Manager picks it up once you are live, and the support desk covers 364 days a year.

Can we see pricing before a demo?expand_more

Watch the product overview, then we will talk numbers on the intro call. There is no public rate card because it depends on sites, channels and modules, but you will not reach a third meeting without knowing what it costs.

Thirty minutes, and you will know whether we fit

No pitch and no pressure. If Vita Mojo is not right for where you are, we will say so and tell you what we would look at instead.
