Opening its first store in 2021, The Salad Project is dedicated to providing a curated and creative experience for eating well. A fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. It promotes a lifestyle that brings you joy in its simplest and most enjoyable forms. It’s your new bad habit, except it’s really good.

The Salad Project uses Vita Mojo for its App Loyalty and Online Ordering and recently signed up with TalkBox by Impact Data for CRM. Impact Data have built a series of communications that help retain customers and drive visits through the loyalty program.

In the first four months, we have helped support some fantastic results. Specifically £24K in overall voucher revenue.

Results

One of the key drivers for this success was a retention campaign offering a 20% discount to customers who hadn’t returned in four weeks.

This single campaign was redeemed 952 times totalling £13,807 before discounts and £11,024 after discounts.

We were also able to convert 184 lost customers who hadn’t visited in over 6 months, generating £3,268.

1,581 vouchers were redeemed adding £24,068 in gross sales and £16,652 net sales after discounts. After accounting for the cost of TalkBox, that equates to a whopping 872% Return on Investment (ROI).

The average redemption rate of all vouchers sent was an impressive 16.96%, with 9,322 sent and 1,581 redeemed.
