Vita Mojo recognised as leading flexible employer in Flexa Working Industry Awards 2022

Vita Mojo awarded 4th in flexible working awards.

Flexa, the company behind the flexible working scheme has announced the top, most flexible workplaces of the year 2022 and Vita Mojo has ranked 4th place in the coveted awards.

Vita Mojo was officially recognised by Flexa for creating a flexible, supportive workplace environment in 2021.

Flexibility means something different to everyone. So at Vita Mojo, it’s important to be as flexible as possible to ensure everyone feels part of the team. We believe we do our best work when we can truly be ourselves and when our teams are happy and engaged, they’ll do their best. Any time, anywhere.

As part of the Working Industry Awards, Flexa scores companies on their flexible working policies and benefits and the results of the employee quiz. The assessment includes benchmarking location, hours, benefits and key cultural indicators. The employee quiz is perception based to ensure the company offers a working environment where employees feel supported and able to work in a way that allows them to thrive and experience autonomy and trust.

The data is then combined into two FlexScores, both of which have to reach above 50% in order to be considered above average in terms of flexibility. Vita Mojo hit a score of 88%, ranking 4th place in the Retail and ECommerce category.

We’re extremely proud to have received this incredible recognition. Flexibility is a journey and one we’re continually working on to evolve and improve. We build relationships on trust to support our Mojis in a way that suits them, creating more fulfilling relationships and better workplace experiences.
