Brewhouse & Kitchen is a group of 23 brewpubs across the UK - they deliver the warmth of the local pub experience with all the benefits of a forward-thinking, national brand.

When the pandemic hit, Brewhouse was fast to recognise the need for a Mobile Order & Pay system, to keep customers safe and reduce contact in their pubs. They also saw the potential, with the right pub technology, to boost their marketing efforts, diversify their offering and increase revenue across various ordering channels.

  • Increased popularity of more expensive drink choices (e.g. beer by the Stein or the 9-pint Triton) as mobile Order & Pay allows customers to order without the pressure of holding up a queue
  • Customers are spending more and returning to Brewhouse & Kitchen as their local, due to the ease and quality of the Order & Pay experience
  • An average of 60% of all sales are now processed via Mobile Order & Pay across the Brewhouse estate, providing rich sales data and insights
